Product Description

The Traveler is Clearwater’s portable colon hydrotherapy machine, designed for mobile practitioners, home visit providers, and multi-location clinics that need a colon hydrotherapy system for sale without a permanent installation. It carries the same patented design (U.S. Patent No. 5,871,463) that has made Clearwater the manufacturer of the world’s only truly portable colon hydrotherapy machine since the company’s founding in 1992.

The cabinet measures 11 inches high, 4.5 inches deep, and 19 inches wide, and weighs 31.5 pounds. It travels inside a dedicated carrying case that measures 25.3 inches high, 11.7 inches deep, and 18.6 inches wide, and weighs 21.5 pounds. The case rolls on wheels with a pull-up handle, so one practitioner can transport the entire portable colon hydrotherapy unit without help.

The Traveler runs as a completely closed system with pressure and temperature control and a shutdown valve, the same safety standard used on Clearwater’s Clinical Model. A water pressure regulator and pressure relief system protect both the practitioner and the client during each session.

Water treatment comes from a separate, four-filter stainless steel unit with dedicated hot and cold filtration lines, using a 1 micron sediment filter, a 0.5 micron carbon filter, and a built-in ultraviolet stage for bacteria and virus reduction. A built-in rinse system runs after disinfecting, and natural light behind the view tube supports clear monitoring during a session, just as it does on the Clinical Model.

Dual purpose capability is the heart of this unit. The Traveler sets up for single sink or dual sink water connections when traveling, or for a fixed treatment room when a clinic prefers to keep it in one location. A wall bracket is available for practitioners who want a semi-permanent setup between appointments.

Every Traveler purchase includes a one year warranty, an installation and operation manual with video, and two full days of complimentary training at Clearwater’s Ocala, Florida headquarters when scheduled within 30 days of purchase. Clearwater also offers a stainless steel cart with a sewage tank and a stainless steel stand as optional accessories for practitioners who need a stable base at a fixed address.

Dual Purpose Capability

The Traveler is built to work two ways.

Traveling setup

– Single sink operation: A combination hot and cold water line connects to a single sink faucet. Temperature is regulated at the faucet, and the equipment’s internal mixing valve is bypassed.

– Dual sink operation: Separate hot and cold lines connect to two sink faucets, one set to full hot and one to full cold. Temperature is then regulated using the equipment’s own mixing valve.

Fixed location setup:

The Traveler can also be plumbed into a treatment room much like the Clinical Model, which makes it a practical option for a clinic that wants the flexibility to relocate the unit later.
